Welcome to Earth Jam 2013 (PLEASE READ OUR VENDING PRICES)
Earth Jam will assign space on which the applications and payment are received. There are two main areas, The Earth Stage and The Fire Stage. There will be a food court and an over flow area for late comers.
NON-PROFIT GROUPS: with information only-----------------------------NO CHARGE
NON-PROFIT GROUPS: Receiving donations-----------------------------$25.00 a day
NON-PROFIT GROUPS: Selling items------------------------------------$50.00 a day
BUSINESSES, VENDORS, ARTIST BOOTHS------------------------------$100.00 a day
(Any other booth with sales)
FOOD VENDORS-----------------------------------------------------------$600.00 for booth days
Booth set up
-Time is between 9:00am-11:00am the music will start at noon.
-Booths must be torn down by 10:00pm
-Each group will be responsible for their own belongings so please make sure to take all your things with you.
-Set up will be at the same time on Sunday
-There is ABSOLUTELY NO DRIVING ON THE GRASS.
-There is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ON THE GRASS.
-Loading and Unloading will be done from the parking areas.

Earth Jam Productions is not responsible for any lost, stolen, vandalized property or damage done by wind, rain or other natural or unnatural mishaps that may occur while vending. There are no refunds do to weather, no shows, festival cancellation, or costumer cancellation. Earth Jam Productions is not liable for any products bought, sold or exchanged and all vendors are responsible for their own permits, the collection and reporting of their sales tax. Vendors will be held responsible for damage done around their booth area.
UNAUTHORIZED VENDING IS PROHIBITED.
All registration fees are final and subject to change, all proceeds go to Earth Jam Productions.
